Breathe in the fresh air and reconnect with yourself through guided chakra meditation at Wortley Flower Farm in London, Ontario.

This experience is led by Vily Choperena, a healthcare professional and certified chakra master. Vily  helps individuals explore and understand the emotional components of their health and well-being, guiding them toward deeper awareness, balance, and inner healing. You can find her on Instagram at @healingthroughforgiveness.

In this practice, the chakras are used as a framework for self-exploration, alongside forgiveness as a powerful tool for emotional release and healing.

Join us for a magical evening meditation surrounded by blooming wildflowers in the heart of Wortley Village. There is something truly special about slowing down, grounding your energy, and finding inner balance while immersed in a living, ever-changing flower garden. This is meditation at its most peaceful and restorative.
